Intended use:

 

This kit is suitable for the specific detection of Babesiosis (B.C) in canine EDTA whole blood and other samples.


Principle:

 

This kit uses the conserved gene fragment of Canine Babesiosis (B.C) to design a specific probe. The probe can specifically bind to a DNA template in the middle of the primer amplification region. During the PCR extension process, the exonuclease activity of the Taq enzyme will 5 The '-end fluorescent group is cleaved from the probe, making it free in the reaction system, thereby detaching from the 3'-end quenching group and emitting fluorescence, which is detected by a fluorescence PCR instrument to realize the detection of Canine Babesiosis (B.C) in a fully closed reaction system. Sample requirements:
